Our Recruitment & Training Rigor

We believe a security guard is only as good as their training. We maintain strict physical and educational criteria for all recruitments.

Physical Criteria

Mandatory height of 5'6" minimum for male guards, excellent vision, physical fitness certificate, and athletic endurance standard.

Educational Standard

Minimum Matriculation (10th pass) for all guards, with supervisor roles requiring high school graduation or university degrees, plus literacy in Hindi, English, and Konkani.

Emergency Training

Extensive training in structural firefighting, evacuation drills, first aid administration, handling crisis communication, and rapid panic-trigger handling.

Soft Skills

Training in corporate etiquette, politeness, gate control protocols, handling difficult visitors, key ledger entries, and clear communication.
